Hi all, if you are in range and feel like blowing away the cobwebs early in the new year then please come to Northampton for our annual charity ride in aid of the air ambulance. last year approx 400 bikes turned up and we raised £3.5k. The next ride is a memorial to our friend who organised the ride for the last few years, sadly he passed away earlier this year. It wouldbe great to see some of you there.

As per the title. Clutch plate replacement is dead easy, but sever hours later I'm struggling to get the pull rod and lever aligned properly. Any hints or tips out there? Thanks

So I've finished with the suspension, wilbers fork springs and new fork oil, and an R6 shock. Time for a service. Air and oil filter, plugs and oil change not too difficult. Hmm what's this exup thingy. Not much happening when I switch on. Flap itself moves, cables are OK. Took an age to wiggle the servo out, connected it to a spare battery, and it moves - but quite slowly. Any thoughts - should it turn quickly, is it worth taking it apart to have a look, or buy a 2nd hand one?

Mine are cream crackered. Anyone know which of these will / might fit? Or should i just leave the seized ones on the bike and live with it?

The bike that is. 4 months after my total left knee replacement I can get on the fazer, and reach the footrests. Very uncomfortable changing gear but that will get better, or I'll adjust the gear lever dowwards. Track day at Bedford in early May beckons.
