It would be interesting to see the preceding few minutes leading up to that incident. I almost wonder if she's just an awful driver, and lost control of her vehicle, it just seems so extreme a reaction? To total your own vehicle seems very odd.

Quite easy to read that one.
Look at the angle of the car in relation to the road markings.
She took umbridge at the guy on the bike filtering and tried to shut him down. Been there, seen that too many times
Then somewhat overreacted when he took umbridge at her trying to do him serious physical injury.
Simples.
Or maybe I am completely wrong, which has been known to happen
