The FOC-U message board is a wonderful source of all those hints and tips and general snippets of information that we all need from time to time. Trouble is, it's all too common for someone to need a piece of info which has dropped off the bottom of the front page just a few days previously - leading to some poor sod getting berated for asking something that everybody was talking about only last week when all he had was a perfectly innocent enquiry. So it occurred to me a while back that it might be a good idea to collect the more useful and common bits into one place which can be easily navigated to and (reasonably easily) searched for the tip you're looking for. And here we are. I've also chucked in a few extra bits that I've come about through (sometimes bitter) personal experience.
I'm not trying to cover mods here - there's a very good page for mods on the FOC-U website. And I'm not covering how to ride the thing either - plenty of people around to help with that. Or wheelies, stoppies, or anything else that isn't help with common problems.
As I start on it it’s not exactly exhaustive. I’ve put in the bits I can easily remember (or track down without having to dig too deep on the board). I hope that over time it will grow (missus) - as more things come to my attention, then with luck they'll get added here.
