some one need to grow up :rolleyes
my hand measure is 240mm so I dont think my hands are that big.
they all fit me but I want one that is bigger so my fingers can move around inside .
last pair I had that was oversized I never got cold fingers.
so far 3xl,4xl and 5xl are the same as fitment goes.
it seem to me they just stick bigger labels etc but gloves are actual size 3xl.

bough another pr this time 5xl and the fookers are slightly tighter than the last lot.
if these are size 5xl I'll eat my hat. what a wast of time.
cant the manufacturers get it right.

FFS 4XXL   what you need a a couple of dead grizzly bears and shove your hands up their arses. :lol :lol

3xl some time 2xl are ok for summer but I want a pr of gloves so the sides dont touch my fingers for winter.
I had a pr years ago that were big and my fingers were not freezing or cold as you would get with wearing tight'sh gloves.
its the wind that does it.
we were out today and it was freezing so we just did a short run 67 miles in all.
I notice that if I pull my gloves down a bit my fingers started to feel a little warmer with haver more space etc.
I dont want to butcher my grips to fit h/warmers nor do I want wires in my coat as you get with gerbing.

why is it that you can never get what you want/need. just bought a pr of winter gloves size 4xl and they fit the same as a 2xl.I've got 3 gloves 1 ,2xl by Richa and 2 at 3xl and believe it or not the 2xl is slightly larger than the 3xl. the 4xl feels the same size as 2xl.wtf is going on .having gloves that are bigger than your hands help to keep your fingers warm without having to resort to heated gloves etc.with having gloves bigger help in keeping the wind off your finger and help blood circulation. I had a pr years ago and they were brilliant. but these days sizes are all over the place.grrrrrrrrr

extra socks will be inc.lol
as water(rain)I have water proof over gloves/trousers and jacket so hopefully I'll stay dry.
not sure what rout we're taking.
some scot/lads are joining to inc the organiser so I would think he'll know the best route seeing that he's a scottish chap.
also all these lads are deaf to so more than likely I'll be the only one who can hear.
but I dont have good hearing though so I wear hearing aids and also I can do hand sign, not the best but I get along.

I fit in the latter.
we're meeting some where near glasgow to fort william along the coast to j'ogroats and then to edinborough, home.
each journey is 120 miles staying in a youth hostel at each stop(4).
now the only thing I think I need just incase!
water proofs(if it rains)
under wear,jean and T shirts.
am I missing anything
just waiting  for names of place we're stopping at.
also has anyone done this trip.

Make sure you get a Givi rack. The sports racks are not designed to take a box. they break.

not mine it wont. not made from thin tubings like others.

Does anybody know how the Tracer 700 stacks up against the fzs 600-is it any better?
you can't compare the two.2 different bikes altogether.
many a times  I've said if yamaha ever bring out another Fazer 600 just as good as the old fox eye..I would buy it.
so the nearest is the tracer 700 yes it its a twin.
I like the Tracer as much as the Fazer so I'm happy.
the fazer was/is a lot smoother more powerful and good on fuel.
Tracer has more torque at the lower end of revs which suit me fine. top speed no longer interest me.
I ride two up most of the time and get between 65/70 mpg.
the only thing I dont like is the fuel gauge start flashing and goes on count down at 180 miles .
fill her up at 190 miles on the clock only to find I can put 9.4 ltrs in still got 7.6 ltrs in.
which is annoying ,it would've been flashing at with 4 ltrs left in.
overall I'm happy and very pleased .
oh and I changed the front sprocket from 16 to 17 so now no longer looking for that illusive 7th gear :lol
