When removing the stator cover (left side) is there any chance that oil will spill or is it dry? sorry if this is obvious to most but not done it before. Its on a FZ6 S2

Cheers

FZ6 / Fazer / Alternative Clutch lever
« on: 26 March 2015, 11:46:09 AM »
I find the standard clutch lever quite wide and would prefer if it were a bit closer when not engaged, there is no adjustment like my brake lever to make it closer to your fingers. Hope this makes sense  :D

Has anyone changed theirs to a non standard type, if so possible alternatives

Thanks in advance

FZS600 Fazer / Re: Speedo stopped - Update
« on: 04 November 2014, 10:29:46 PM »
Guess what you guys were spot on  ;) it had broken into pieces...... new one ordered and will be fitted on Thursday.

Just a small point which may be relevant for others, prior to my speedo stopping I had a very slight squeek from the front wheel which could only be heard when coasting. this may be a coincidence but might have been a tell tale sign that it was about to break?

Anyhow thanks for all your feedback

Kevin

Thanks to all those who have passed on info/help etc..... unfortunately I have not been able to investigate it myself due to work commitments so its now with a local repairer.

Do appreciate feedback, I will report back with what was wrong hopefully later today to assist anyone else in the future. Its my main transport so missing it already  :(
