Its all sorted out, VNA thinks she is just a victim of the British Empire
That's not what I said.
In fact as I have said I am in total agreement, in respect of Shamima Begum,  with extreme right wing, and general foc-u BREXITEERS hero, Tory Jacob Rees Mogg. :eek

Come on VNA , put your money where your mouth is.
So, instead of trying to tell everybody what you think my opinion is Slappy, why don’t you, in your infinite wisdom and with your worldly wise knowledge tell us what you think the solution to the problem is.

How about it?

Its simple , a total worldwide ban on any kind of religious or political ideology, they are both just tools used by power seeking arseholes to control people.  Maybe then people like you will shut the foc up  lecturing other people and insulting thrm by calling  racist, xenophobic and fascist just becausevtheybhold a different view to you.

"Yup sure it's OK to spout racist xenophobic Daily Mail pish.[/size]And indivduals can post facist material without complaint."
Your words I believe.

As for being worldly wise , I have worked in South Africa, Nigeria, Malaysia and the US and I can tell you that just about everyone in all those different countries that I worked with dislike religion and political arseholes spouting shite.

Well the new owner rode off today on 'HIS' Fazer FZS 600.  :'( :'( :'(

The good thing is I just know he will love it and pamper it just as much as I did, it has gone to a good home.  :)

Now in the summer it is going to take me 45 minutes to get to the boatyard on my Honda C90, flat out, instead of 25 minutes on the Fazer, and that is taking it leisurely.  :lol

I'm sure the C90 will fit on the passenger seat of your Barbie Merc 😉 that'll solve the speed issue haha

He should change his user name to ' Ken ',

You spout more shit than an elephant with diarrhoea, the EU vision for the future is total harmonisation , that incliudes all laws, taxation and armed forces. As for all 27 countries having to agree , already the EU wants to remove this right from members when voting on tax legislation. Once the right to veto is removed from one aspect then it makes it all the easier to remove it from every other aspect.
No, it does not include all laws, not even all taxation, but obviously it includes laws relevant to trade.   If you have a single market you need to have common standards.

Individuals within the EU can of course have all the delusional visions they wish. Jean-Claude Juncker is just as free to talk pure shite as you are slappy.   But the reality is The EU is currently 28 countries, it is democratic – the members will decide.

So the creation of an EU army is about as likely as Turkey joining the EU and it’s whole population moving to the UK.

You truly are delusional, the vision is for the future not the present. No matter who head up the EU the future is a superstate where member countries will do as they are told or suffer the consequences. They have already rejected Italy 2019 budget plans as they do not meet their rules for member states that use the Euro, in other words if the EU doesn't like it they won't let you do it.
That is just a little preview of the future for EU members,.

Slappy, I know they say Jean-Claude Juncker always gets what he wants.  But on this one he won’t.  And if you actually believe this, umm non-issue, it’s all the more reason to stay in the EU so that the UK can deploy it’s veto.

.............yet   :eek

Exactly,  Leeds has just announced its Clean Air Zone ( CAZ ) will start in January 2020.
£50 a day for buses, lorries and hgv that don't meet the emissions target and £50 a week for taxis and private hire vehicles.
No private vehicle charges yet but that won't be far behind.

We have an unwanted cat that visits Sharp Hall and I keep a few small old soft potatoes by the backdoor to throw at it. I have little chance of hitting the cat so I throw them at the fence to make a bang and they fall down into the ornamental border on the East lawns.  An unexpected bonus last year was that I ended up with a little crop of potatoes that had grown from the ones that I had launched.

What you need is one of these.  :)

Haven't seen one of them since I was a kid , its a wonder they are still allowed to sell them.

Utterly dismayed by the rabble in the House of Commons yesterday, howling, braying, childish behaviour over the utterance of a couple of words. In ordinary life, all of us would have replied with a similar comment and moved on. Not this fucking useless shower of gnats piss. They make headline news out of it. Those ruddy foreigners must be pissing themselves at us
Totally agree. The whole set up is archaic and confrontational. Facing each other. Voting by walking through separate 'lobbies'. Blackrod etc. History and ceremony is one thing, but about time they migrated out of that ridiculous building into something more suitable for a modern democratic society.

Foc that, can you imagine the amount of money they would spend on something more sensible?  It would go massively over budget then be found not fit for purpose !

lol I got the opposite prob VNA, if I get that "ooh think I may need to shit" light twinge, five minutes later ive gotta be squatting somewhere with me trousers and pants around me ankles or i'll honestly shit myself. And also cannot go through the night without having to get up and pee at least twice, despite knocking my beloved "last cup of tea of the day" in bed on the head. I hate being old...

I thought I was the only person with that " need to shit problem" , I have found that avoiding a full bladder helps as this seems to put pressure on my rectum.
Like VNA I can have nights where I sleep through, but sometimes I have to get up twice to piss,  doesn't seem to make much difference what my tea intake is.
For all of us senior guys who have done manual work all our lives old age just sucks, I have certainly got my moneys worth out of the NHS in the last 3 years.

Br**it got booted off this thread as it took over the thread and now the subject of war has taken over!

Rememember the people who fought and died in all wars in the way you want ,but please stop posting your political views and opinions, at best it is boring but too many times it is done just to cause division and argument.

And by the way, even though the author drew on his experiences during the war, "All Quiet On The Western Front" is historical fiction, not fact.

Now for focs sake ,the whole lot of you, shut up and go polish your bikes or something.

Foccing BT Sport, sat down to watch the MotoGP and halfway through the second lap the result came up on the bottom of the screen and the results for the Moto2 and Moto3 races. Unbelievable, and the presenters get worse every race and the claptrap they spout , bring back Parrish and Cox, at least they made me laugh sometimes.
Sounds like you had a nightmare in a bubble car

Yeah, I needed that like I need a third armpit. :)

Would you buy a Yamaha Niken?

For me it is a big no, £13500 for a 263 kilo MT09 with an extra wheel, I don't care how much confidence you get in pushing the front end, its not a motorcycle, its a tricycle.

« on: 21 October 2018, 01:36:50 PM »
Got T boned on my MT09 yesterday,  an arrogant stupid blind bitch in a Range Rover ignored the give way and drove straight onto the roundabout right into the left side of me.  As I was lying on the floor wondering what the foc had just happened she walked up to me , looked at me and said " you don't seem hurt much, I"ll move my car",  Then I just heard a  man shout at her " leave your frigging car where it is".
Next thing I knew I was in back of ambulance on my way to hospital.
Got of lightly I think, mild concussion from my head hitting floor, no broken bones but left knee and ankle look like a pair of turnips.
Helmet is buggered with massive scrapes along right side, no idea about bike yet, it was recovered by a local garage.
If it wasn't for my helmet and decent boots and armour in my leathers I would have been a injured a lot worse.

If I was you I would enquire at the local Synagogue, they usually have plenty of covering off cuts, that should do the job.

The pink colour would clash with his red and white bike :)

The Highway Code is going to be changed to encourage people to open their car door using the " dutch reach" and at the same time Cycling UK want the code to say vehicles must give at least 1.5 metres space when overtaking a cyclist., why can't cyclists give 1.5 meters space when passing parked cars as well?
At the same time time Cycling UK are also asking for the advice for cyclists to wear a safety helmet and fluorescent clothing to be removed as this encourages " victim blaming" and as everyone knows cyclists are never in the wrong!
