Something to point out, propeller planes suffer from carb icing too. Just something to ponder over if you ever get to fly in one  :lol

I had a ride in a 1930's de Havilland Dragon Rapide about 20 years ago.
Fortunately it was summer time. Phew! :woot :lol

They sure do in the early days mainly only at 10k plus.  Carb bikes suffer due to intake speed.

Took the bike today, started no worries and no problems at all, apart from the now confirmed holy exhaust.
Im guessing wetness somewhere, but wouldn't bet on it.

Nope it's warmed up so no icing, proof will be when it drops below 5ish.
