(As for the second one, you can see how considerate his mates are when they're too busy laughing and filming to help him get his bike out of the mud!

Wow!  I can't do most of what he does standing on the ground!

Though according to the GF, on the way back from the pub on Saturday nights, I often make a passable imitation of the bit from 4:35...   :)
