'Tommy you get right up my goat' <<<<< that was said to me after a heated discussion on a building site with my Labrador one day. That is why he is still a f-----g Labrador and not a tradesman. Anyway who the f--k told him about my affiliation with his goat? Bastards <<< His Goat. Very pretty. LOL

A tent with 4 walls, running water and heating/air conditioning would be my choice.
allows you to get a good night sleep, not have to pile the bike up with crap and the ability to dry your gear if needed.
Agrees wholeheartedly the best make is called B&B, you get stairs, double duvet, bath/shower, cooked evening meal. Central heating thrown in. And you don't spend 45 mins in the pissing rain putting it up and taking it down, and bike not loaded down with poles, pegs, mallets, cooking stove and containers full of water. No you may have guessed I'm not a camper.

Hey I often put 10ml of R in with a full tank of fuel on my fazer, love the smell and if you really want a R hit as you do work in the garden it goes in the mower fuel tank, hedge trimmer and I even put a couple of ml in my chainsaw. Many years ago I had an Ambasador 250 with a villiers 2T engine in it 2stroke twin it was good for about 80 mph but it was t.he acceleration that. I loved it was quick of the mark, but compared with modern bikes it was a slug. But the 2 plumes of blue smoke emitted by the exhausts was something to behold especially as they were adorned with the aroma of Castro R. But I have to admit my foxeye FZS is the best bike I have ever owned or ridden.

Mine did exactly the same thing, I had two pieces of mild steel welded back and front of the break which was low down by the cross brace that the return Spring hooks onto. Guy charged me 9 quid to repair it, by the time it was sprayed black it looked better than it did before. Good luck with the repair. Tommy

Now that's a video I don't want to see. I thought I saw a loaf of bread in the Supermarket the other day with your name on it, but when I took a closer look I realised it said Thick Cut

The mirrors are never quite the same when the hinge rivet has been replaced with a bolt, I did that to my right hand mirror on my 2003 Foxeye, for some reason I can not get the torque quite right on the bolt, at 100 mph plus the mirror moves backwards and I can see my own shoulder and half my chest but f--k all behind. But when I slow down the mirror stays in that position and needs a gentle push to get it to spring back under its own tension, it seems as if if is to loose and to tight at the same time. I cannot bolt the mirror up tight because I need to fold then in when going through my gate to park up, plus its not helpful when tight filtering in slow traffic having a mirror that can not be pulled in. Any way I will stop bleating now and go dry my eyes and get on with my life.

Oh! this is worth knowing, the cartridges are filled to 900 PSI, ensure the cartridge is completely empty before removing it from the tyre or unscrewing the adaptor, (some inflaters have a tap/valve on them, ensure you open the valve before unscrewing the cartridge) One other thing if traveling abroad these must not be taken aboard an aircraft because of decompression in the planes hold would cause the cartridge to explode. Don't look good on the news 'Fazer Rider brings down 747' Doh!
