What about meeting up at the Oakdene Cafe at the bottom of Wrotham Hill. Then if the weather's good the garden of England (Kent) will be open for those that won't to go play.

Anymore Kent boys and Gals up for the LOFO challenge
of squeezing in the anorexic seating arrangements and even greater challenge of popping out after the Gutbusting brekkie. Shame it isn't still good weather. It's a good meeting/starting point for some nice ride outs into deepest kent.

A20 is not a bad road. When I've done in the past (plenty of times as I used to work in Maidstone) I've usually used the M20 to bypass Maidstone... only a few junctions. Past Maidstone it has some nice fast open sections with plenty of bends and gentle undulation.
