sorry i just checked again its the straight blue wire and the blue/red wire

not the blue/yellow wire

christo you are the man i have just looked there is a blue/yellow stripe and looks like a blue have broke completley off i cannot even connect them back up. there is a brown red blue/red stripe and blue/black stripe they are all still in the ignition barrell is there anyway to bypass the wires just for the lights not bypass the ignition before anybody gets any funny idea's or new lockset time ???? thanks christo

yes i have checked fuses and i havent touched nothing there has been loads of rain if thats got anything to do with it because i cannot think what else it could be ill read your thread now and thanks for the replys

hi can any one help me i have no lights on my fazer 600 i have only high beam . the flash button dont work no side lights no rear tail light.  all indicators work the brake lights work i have checked all bulbs and fuses everything there is ok ?? any help would be appreciated

i have fixed the starting problem now the wires where burnt for the handlebars the start button and cutoff switch fixed them but i still have the headlight problem and yes took the fuses out and some idiot had wired up a piece of wire to bypass the first fuse the ignition one
so thanks for the help but does any one have a clue what the head light could be its working on full beam now no side lights or rear lights i have brake lights but nothing else

thanks for the reply's and i was tired did not clock on about caps lock lol and yes i think ill just grab a loom thanks alot  and the lights dont work at all soon as i disconnect front ans back bulbs it will start soon as i put the bulbs back connected it dies must be where the loom has shorted somwhere and i think some one has messed with the loom before from lookin at it there is slicing and electrical tape everywhere .     thank you for your responce's :)

HI
THIS MORNING I TURNED MY KEY AND HERD SOME MAD HISSING SOUND AND NETURAL LIGHT WAS FLICKERING LOOKED DOWN AND THERE WAS WHITE SMOKE COMING FROM THE WIRES TO THE IGNITION BARRELL SO I DISCONNECTED BATTERY AFTER IT BLOWN THE FUSES AND FOUND THAT THE BLUE/YELLOW STRIPED WIRE WAS BURNT OUT AND THE BLUE/BLACK STRIPE WIRE WAS BURNT ALL THE WAY DOWN TO BY BATTERY SO I GOT NEW WIRES MADE UP TO NEW WIRES NOW I HAVE NO ELECTRIC START JUST OIL AND PETROL LIGHT FLASH AND NO CLICKING FROM STARTER BUT WHEN I BUMP STARTED STRAIGHT AWAY AND SOON AS I PUT HEADLIGHTS ON BIKE CUTS OUT AND WONT START BUT AS SOON AS I TURN HEADLIGHTS OFF THE BIKE WILL BUMP START AGAIN ??

ANY IDEAS ANY ONE PLEASE
