Did you put the forks back in the yokes yourself?
I think your forks might be slightly out of line. (bit of a twist)
Try loosening the bottom yoke bolts a bit then bounce the front end up and down.
I assume the headstock bearings are in good order and aren't overtightened.
I thought 36/42 are the recommended tyre pressures.
I think this would be my first check as I have had the same at lower speeds on my drz400 and it sorted it I'd go 35/36 and 39 solo on the rear

Might be a long shot, but the inner yellow line is broken, which I always thought meant they were not legal !!!
There is your get out of jail card via the council appeal process as you did not cross or were close to unbroken double yellow lines ,simples

I had the same problem and with advice from the guys on here cleaned it out with a good spray of electrical contact cleaner and left for 24 hours and then a decent spray of graphite grease ,and Roberts your dad's brother

Riding the Fazer in Scotland over the last few days has confirmed for me that there's still no danger of me wanting to replace it with anything, even had I unlimited funds
