did put a link to youtube its about pressing the select and reset buttons with those codes coming up what are they for?

It's a way of adjusting the Co levels of the individual cylinders and usually don't need to be played with unless you have modified your engine in some way or you have access to a dyno.

I play with mine to sharpen or soften throttle response and power delivery depending on weather conditions.
