Just wondering how it is that when I check out members near me in S.Wales that there is a lot of which have their map for S.Wales
but when I click on their profile their location is over the water in W.Country i.e.  Burnham ,Weston etc ?

Some people don't want to give their exact position in the country (fear of bike getting nicked etc) so they put their profile location in a different place to their exact
location if you know what I mean.
If you worried about falling off your bike, you'd never get on.

I can wholly understand that, but why the other side of the water? My place on the map is far enough away from where I live, but near enough for folk to get an idea if organising a meet.

Exactly what I thought , I checked the map out to see who was close to me for meetups and rides and find every other pin marker is over the bridge or further !

I am near Llandrindod Wells and passed through Abergavenny this morning to pick a blade runner up from Wiltshire and then on to Llandovery Blaenavon (love that road and back to Llangadog and Lampeter and Abereiron and Aberystwyth and back home and then the blade runner went back to Wiltshire busy Friday- I did 200 miles- he must have done around 350-400 round trip

I am gutted! my favourite road Talgarth over to Cwmdu is now a 50mph speed limit- what sort of highway engineer would do that to such a good road? :'(
