Anyone know the Fork spacer(the tube inside) length ??

Anyone know the correct length of the tube spacer ? I'm going to fit some different springs and need to know if they've been shortened..

Also remember that the FZS600's fork inners were updated because the 2000-2003 forks had preload caps added compared to the original 1998-99 forks with no preloaders. This probably would have forced a change in spacer length.
According to my service manual, the '98 bike has a fork spring free length of 323mm and the spacer 200mm

reckon I can work out what I need with that info, the 2003 model has a spring free length of 316.8 mm ;)

length is 183mm on later bikes.  Don't know if its still about but there should be a manual download somewhere on the site
