Unfortunately I don't have the space/money and perhaps more importantly my wives backing to have 2 bikes at the same time!

For Sale & Wanted / What do you think its worth?

Right I'm doing a 3000 mile tour in September so am considering letting my 600 go for a 1000. But I'm not sure what it's worth it's not mint but will definitely have one of the lowest mileages out there. Can anyone offer some advice about what you think it'll be worth?

It's a 2002 foxeye 600 with 6000 miles on the clock backed up by paperwork. Its got a few mods led indicators, venom by Motad exhaust and a different under tray fitted as well as a dark screen carbon mirrors and gold bar ends.

Okay but the bad parts are it was blown over in the storms as I stupidly left it on the main stand! So has a scratch to the engine casing and marks on the front fairing.

Just want to know how much I could maybe budget towards a 1000? If it's not a lot I'd happily keep the 600 as I love it.

Thanks in advance.

Yes I'd be up for that now the days are getting longer.

It'd be good to meet up with some Foccers.

Trust me that's I'm much better condition than the one I've got on atm.

I'm going to have a go at fixing it as much for the experience as anything else.

I'm not expecting to do a great job but you've got to learn! Then I'll decide what to do as a permant fix. I'll keep this in mind the side I need doesn't look so bad, so it depends what you'd be looking for?

What kind of condition is it in?

I've been cconsidering a whole new tail section both sides and the top section that I've seen for £66 but it would be easier and cheaper to just change one side.

I know it's not 'fast black' but I love the colour!

Already done screen, bar ends, mirrors, LED indicators,

Exhaust goes on next week.

Crash bars are a must! I left it on the centre stand in the wind and it fell over (Rookie error) It has a cracked rear fairing and a scratched front, it's also the reason for the new mirrors as one of them snapped too!

Other than repairing the damage and removing some graphics I need to spray the belly pan it's not a perfect match and I fancy a new seat oh and I want to remove the alarm but since I'm not sure how to do that yet it can wait until the summer.

I'll check out the Nut as your right it might not have been done the MOTs and Service book show that this has spent most of its life in a garage one year it only covered 200 miles!

New to biking and new to Fazers,

Picked up 02 Foxeye in October 13 had only done a genuine 3000 miles.

Thanks to moving from Glasgow to Portsmouth and being a commuter bike it's now done 5000 and so far I'm loving it.

Planning a European tour on her in September to the Alps and Pyrenees.

General / Re: How much for a service ?

Seems high when most of the stuff could be done at home.

But in terms of comparison I have no idea, my bike only goes on for MOTs everything else is a learning experience with the help of a Haynes manual!

Out of interest does that price include new oil, filters, spark plugs ect?
