I had the the rotating pegs but didn't like how far they put your foot from the brake and gear lever .
 I just removed the rotating cam and screwed the peg straight to the hanger (filed the hangers a touch to allow the pegs to flip up) and as the peg is much thinner than OE you still get a lower peg

I have a Clarke auto battery tender I use if I the sorn the ZZR in the grotty months but I only leave it on for a few days at a time
I bought a Halfords fully automatic charger when they were on promotion for £20 ....but not needed it so far

Just a heads up I have a similar set on my ZZR and rotating cam bit would work itself loose and rattle
I have now completely removed the adjustable cam bit and just put the peg on as it low enough it stock for what I need
So just keep your eye (and spanner) on them  :D [size=78%] [/size]

I bought a kit from Jack Lilley Triumph[/size] I think which had up rated springs some preload spacers to sit on top of the springs and heavy fork oil [/color]

The mod was to use a zzr1100 front sprocket I think ,I never did it myself ...I like my top end  :evil

you sacrifice top end for acceleration or vice versa  ;)


Lots of ZX12 owners used to put an extra tooth front sprocket on that give more low down acceleration but meant the bike would now top out at around 170 mph

We all have busy lives ,single parent with 2 daughters ,2 grandsons 50 hours a week in the factory and the hospital forever wanting an armful of blood ..tell me about it. :lol


but this meet is why you seek out the forum in the first place to spend time with like minded people ,to enjoy the open road and laugh and banter without worrying if you might of offended someone  :b
