Grab handles
« on: 22 June 2012, 09:56:18 pm »
Just wondering if any other grab handles fit on the fazer instead of the standard one that goes all the way around? Would like individual sporty looking handles that aren't joined.

I've NEVER understood side handles as a passenger grab rail?

Get on the back of a bike, and you'll understand when after 2 minutes you are scared shitless with muscles you never knew you had whilst headbutting the rider!
As i'm always the rider i threaten my passengers "Headbutt my Arai lid and we have a problem that MAY for some unknown reason make you fall off!"
They tend to learn really quickly.........

I just removed it and covered the holes with adhesive vinyl. It looks better and leaves more room for luggage, keeps girls closer too...

Just more for looks then practicality as I can't cover them cos I sometimes need the holes for my top box but would like it to look a bit better when I don't ave the box on as I don't like the standard grab rail

My bike is gloss black & I had the grab handles painted in matt black and I think it's an improvement, certainly makes it a bit less conspicuous. Maybe an easier alternative?
