Dip or powder
« on: 15 June 2015, 10:51:27 pm »
Going to get the swingarm sorted later in the year. I was going to get it powder coated but now toying with the hydro dip.
Does anyone have a rough idea as to price for either or a reason to go for one rather than the other?

I had my swingarm, fork lowers and wheels done satin black at Triple S Powder Coating. The swingarm cost £28+vat.

Although I don't know the specific ins and outs of both surely the powdercoat is a thicker more protective layer whereas hydrodipping is a thin layer more for aesthetics?
