motorcycle build table.....free
« on: 01 July 2018, 08:06:09 am »
Having a garage clear out and found this , a home made motorcycle build table on wheels , sturdy metal frame with heavy duty wheels , a MFC top with four tie down points and a flush fitting metal plate for the centre stand , easily takes my honda cb 400/4 which has been standing on it for a number of years.
used to restore the 400/4 , easily pushed when fully loaded , was able to push into the corner of the garage whan not working on the bike so I could get the car in the garage .
comes apart for easy transportation .

I think you spent too much time around Christo  :lol

Mind you, I'd pay good money to see you do that.

Good question mustang , no problem getting it on there when your stating a build from a bare frame , to get the finished bike off I used a scaffold board , easy to do on your own , getting a complete bike on is easier with a running bike , hard thing to do on your own is getting it on the centre stand , its doable but much better with two , ive also got some heavy duty cable winches ,block and tackle and a home made scaffold frame that easily lifts any bike high enough to slide the table under and then lower the bike , takes a bit longer but probably safer.......

TEX...iam happy to throw in the scaffold board if you need it...

anyway , thats enough chatter , ive got to get out in the garage and dismantle the thing........ :)
