Sunday to Wednesday; took advantage of the weather and booked some B&Bs.

Very nice Nick. You hit a few of my local haunts along the way hear Loch Lomond and loch long I see. Some cracking pics as well, and you REALLY lucked out with the weather!

It was a cracking 4 days with weather Mick. I actually got to use my mesh jacket, liners removed!  :eek   Bumped into FOC-U's own dick turpin in Ullapool, so might be more to come soon. I think he made a longer play of it, camping. I'd have let you know I was coming (so you could hide  :lol ), but was a very last minute decision - booked the B&Bs the night before setting off, although i'd been toying with the notion for a while.


I think your patch is just about doable for me for day trips, so maybe we could go for a spin sometime?  :)

Beautiful pictures dude. I love this little country of mine. Although, sometimes it doesn't feel so little  :)
Not quite sure what to do with my early mid-life crisis. Ideas on a post card to P.O.BOX 150...

Thank you! Tis wonderful  :)  And it didn't feel little to me either. Still loads left to explore yet; haven't done the far north, many of the isles (Arran is in my sights for some future time) or the Cairngorms yet!

No problem mate. I live about 200 yards from the A82 so next time your up this way give me a shout and if I'm not working I'll meet you for a coffee and a ride out :)
