Slappy that is bullshit and you know it, nothing to do with the metric/imperial plug hole is all to do with Fully Synthetic Oil. I read somewhere that you should never ever put Fully Synthetic Oil down the kitchen sink because it coagulates and forms a thickish foaming sludge, and, as the waste pipe is only 1.25 inches it blocks, so it is the toilet pan for Fully Synthetic Oil as it has a 4 inch soil vent pipe and does not block so readily. All other oils are fine down the kitchen sink and I have this on very good authority, and should you have a oil /sink blockage creosote is great at clearing it. 30
General / Re: pfucking load of crap« on: 09 March 2019, 08:37:50 am »
Ahh !!!! Now we are talking. I am assuming it was the kitchen sink as these are the most likely sinks to block, although with saying that! Bathroom basin sinks and baths themselves not to mention shower tray traps can also block, but these usually block from a different reason. Soap scum and human hair are the main culprits and cause of blockage in the last 3 mentioned above. Fat, food waste deposits and 2 Ltrs Dirty Engine Oil are the cause of kitchen sink blockages. So the moral of this story is stop washing, bathing, taking showers and eating and use the kitchen sink for the purpose it was designed for, motor cycle maintenance. There you go motorcycle related 31
General / Re: Knife/any murders. is it time for capital punishment for those found guilty« on: 08 March 2019, 05:15:13 pm »Yep I agree with all of that. It must carry a deterrent punishment, even for carrying a knife 'in defence'. As you say, the police aren't stupid. Even carrying a knife as you say 'in defence' the inference there is that you will use it, proving intention. I could not say 'I am carrying a gun because some police do and they sometimes make mistakes so I am carrying it to defend myself', it is the same with a knife. Hit the stupid shits hard who carrying an illegal blade longer than the legal size or with a flick action or locking blade, the police recognise muppets, they are the ones who usually mouth off to the police and loudly threaten them, saying shit like 'You are dead hard when there is 3 of you, if you were by yourself I would take you down' It is so easy to talk tough when you know that the police will not give them a chance to have a pop, often because they are on camera, or how would a policeman explain that his prisoner the innocent little victim had had the shit beaten out of him. Put them in the prison for 5 years and there they can then practice all the mouthing off they want. I agree with education the Anti-Gang theatre is a brilliant idea for children that are in school or members of clubs, it is deterrent from going down that route, but the idiots already on the streets will never hear that message, or would not want to. 32

You get the feeling this thread has been hyjacked.
Back on topic, I have to agree with Ogri48, 5 years for carrying a knife with intent. An 8 inch blade concealed about your person is intent. Carrying a penknife or a multi tool is not the same as carrying a knife with a blade exceeding 7.62 cm or 3 inches, that is the legal maximum blade size you can carry about your person, but I believe then it has to be folding pocket knife. If your multi tool has a knife blade that can be locked in the open position it is still illegal to carry it. Any knife that has an automatically opening blade is illegal as is any locking blade knife. Carrying a knife in the passenger area of a car is unwise, even if it is used for hobby or work related things, best carried in the boot where it can not be reached easily. The police are not stupid (generally) a lot of Stanley type knives have locking blades the push out of the handle with a shove from a thumb, if you have it in a glove box or door pocket of a car they will be suspicious, if it is in a tool bag or box or even a hobby/ fishing box in the boot it should not be a problem as long as you have not obviously tried to conceal it. Common sense must come into play, Plus they must make an assessment on the individual concerned 33

I think to be a racist you actually have to mention a race or ethnic group. To just make a comment that 'There are many countries that behave in this barbaric way, then their people move over here "for a better life" but bring all their shit with them' I personally don't think this is racist VNA, it is more a statement of fact, because that is exactly what happens and to be honest their are enough White English/British Born and Breed Fucktards in this county that would happily shove a pike into you, without importing more fucking idiots. 38

Now not having ever spent more than one night in a police station, I really don’t have any experiences of incarceration. My understanding was that criminals do not go into prison to be punished, but that the removal of their liberty was indeed the punishment, and ideally come out a reformed person. But for premeditated murder, and I think anyone going out carrying a knife I think premeditation is infered, a life sentence should be a minimum of 25 - 30 years. For someone who has killed more than once it should be their natural life. 40

What a cracking bloke he was telling us one joke after another, he asked if we had heard of the Brexit Christmas Dinner, no Brussels, no Turkey and no place at the table. 42

Hi chaps,
I have just fitted a new Lifan 125cc engine in my little Honda C90-G Cub, the engine is a direct replacement and all the engine mounting bolts line up. There is one adjustment that is needed and that is the foot rest assembly that bolts on the bottom of the engine needs to be widened by 1.75 inches to accommodate the slightly wider engine at that point. (Cut, insert and weld new 45mm piece of 18mm round bar) The front sprocket all seems to be inline, so that should be OK. On the legal side what should the process be as far as informing DVLA and my insurance company? The Honda is due a MOT in a week or so, should the MOT be done before informing DVLA or the other way around? Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks. tommy 43
General / Re: What did you do with whatever else you've got?« on: 22 February 2019, 11:44:54 pm »Well I am no longer a Fazer owner But,I still do own a Honda C90-G. OK so it holds no speed records but it does make me smile and has started a few conversations when I pull up on it. And as I am in the Mrs good books at the moment (Revamped the family bathroom) I purchased a Lifan large valve 125cc lump to go in the C90, the Lifan comes in kit form with carburettor, manifold, air filter, kickstarter and gear lever (Actually the original engine is 85cc) I will also play about with the front sprocket size, it is a 15 tooth on the bike at the moment, but the bike as standard pulls quite well, so with the added 40cc I will try a 2 tooth bigger cog on the front. The Max top speed is 53 mph with the 15 tooth sprocket on the 85cc lump, I been told that that model was geared for town work where a lower top speed but more grunt for getting away from junctions and lights is favourable. So with the extra power and slightly higher gearing I am hoping to see 60 or maybe 65mph, it will make it more viable as a coast ride for me. (45 mile round trip) I am informed that the engine fits straight in and all the drive train lines up, I have been told that the foot pegs require a little stretching as the Lifan lump is very slightly wider that the original, but I have access to mig so it should not be a problem. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Lifan-125cc-Big-Valve-4-Speed-Semi-Auto-Pit-Bike-Engine-Carb-BBR-Manifold/283087687855?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 44

I guess one thing to remember is that Shamina was being questioned and making the statements she did whilst still under the watchful eye of the Jihads.
I think if she had said that she now realises her mistakes and that the jihads are wrong and that she now condemns them for their actions and is now remorseful for her own actions, I think she would not have seen the night out in one piece, she was answering the questions in a manner that gave her and her children born or unborn the greatest chance of survival. Seems to me she is doomed whatever she said, I know that she made her choices and that no one forced her initially to make those choices, but she was only a 15 year old kid. And no I don't really know what to think, all I do know is that there are innocent children in the equation, possibly the age of some of our Grandchildren. 48

I would have washed and polished it and lubed the chain, but...............
Going for the power option on the C90 though, shes getting a 125cc Lifan 4 speed power mill grafted in, should be good for 60 mph then LOL!
