Hi there raycobb,
I'm also desperately in need of a fzs 600 98-03 engine! My engine started to be difficult with holding in 2nd, then the whole gearbox went completely.
Typical timing on the way to my first day of my new job! and then the paycheck I was expecting the day after the bike went I didn't get due to the company I was working for went into liquidation
So definitely on a bad luck streak at the minute! ha
I'm looking at the engines on Ebay also and have messaged a few of them and are still getting very little encouraging feedback!
So definitely not wanting to go that way..
Was hoping that maybe If you do come across anything half decent that you decide to not go for, you could do a fellow fzs600 owner a favour and show?
I will definitely do the same in return!!
