Now I don't know much about this kind of thing so here we are.
I'm after an aftermarket can for my 2012 Fazer 8, and trying to keep it local (well at least in the UK) but some of the exhausts I like, the companies don't have a fit for a Fazer/FZ8.
I don't think the can itself makes a lot of difference (or am I wrong) but it seems to be the link pipe that makes a difference? I spoke to one company (for the life of me I can't remember who?) who said the can itself doesn't really matter?
So, would either a can and/or a link pipe for a FZ1 fit a fazer/FZ8, is there that much difference in engine size/mapping etc?
