Main thing is that Dynspud/Dave is alive with only minor injuries. These things can impact in other ways though. Fingers crossed in the longer term this nasty experience has little impact on your life Dave.
Meanwhile it’s probably best we don’t speculate on the outcome of any possible prosecution. Anybody who has done jury service will know that as a Juror you must declare any personal knowledge or acquaintances relating to a case. Jurors are instructed not to conduct any research into reports on the case over which they reside or into individuals on trial.
Obviously, jurors must be unbiased and unprejudiced. Further there have been cases of unscrupulous individuals planting miss-information relating to individuals on trial on the internet in the hope that inquisitive and perhaps naive jurors may stumble across it.
So, it’s probably best if we don’t speculate here in public.
And if you are called for jury duty and turn to the internet to research your case understand that you are and can be found in contempt of court. You might find yerself locked up
