Thanks for your replies lads. It is definitely a 4mm terminal I need. I’ve just had a look on that site, couldn’t see one but I found a site earlier called Autosparks that do sell them. I just need to ring them when they re open and check that the terminal has the lock tab on.
I’ll keep you posted. 👍

FZS600 Fazer / 4mm connector for headlight mod.
« on: 29 December 2019, 04:19:50 pm »
Hi lads. I’m going to do the twin headlights mod on my bike. Rather than chop the green wire and bypass the block, I want to add a extra wire from the female side of the connector block to make it look OEM. I’m struggling to find the 4mm female spade connector with locking tab that I need though. Has anyone got any ideas? I’ve been looking online for hours with no joy.

I've got an MTC can on mine with the baffle removed. Its been on about 10 years and still looks as good as the day I fitted it. Gives a better sound, weighs less, but I had to tweek the carbs as it ran very lumpy at low revs.

Fair do's, thanks for the reply. The reason I ask is I use caddy2k.com and it works great for that.

One more thing, I've tried to use this forum on tapatalk, but it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions why?

Hi fellow Fazer riders.
My name's Peter and I've got a 2001 600 fazer sp in red. Had it for about 12 years now and done quite a bit to it to  keep it in good, original condition (apart from an aftermarket can)

When funds allow, I'm thinking of buying another one to turn into a cafe racer type thing. I've been doing a bit of research into this, and looking at places to source parts from. Watch this space........
