Broken solenoid
« on: 26 April 2017, 09:41:54 pm »
Bike lost power (nothing not even horn when ignition on)
I was suspected solenoid (but fuse is ok)
I connect cable from positive straight to red /white cable from connector.
All power back on (even without a key)
What can it be solenoid or power on/off switch or something else?

I’d guess it’s likely to be a broken wire near the ignition switch, it’s a common fault because the steering movement flexes the bundle.

it WONT be the solenoid. That's only used for the starter motor.
As suggested above, its probably a broken wire somewhere.

All sorted. It was ignition. One if the cable loose connection. Was stolen before:(
