The juddering is when it is on the centre stand there is a video of it in just above the photos. I will include it in this message as well.
I have re-checked and redone the tension on the chain and it still happens.

I have recently bought my first big bike after passing my test and decided to go for a Yamaha FZS 600. I noticed after getting it that the chain and inside the arm was covered in grime and dirt so decided to clean the chain. after taking it all off cleaning it and re assembling it the bike now judders when it is in gear, and I have no idea why. I have adjusted the chain tension but it makes no difference. Any help would be much appreciated.
