Hi guys and gals,
I know this has prob come up b4, but cant help to refresh us lesser mortals lol
I never get my drive chain tension perfect, never seem happy with it , so , what is the concensus on adjusting it correctly/best, i had read just resting on the s/arm rubber, 50 mm etc, but in genral, what is the norm we are using here ?

Hi, any one ever come up with an answer ? mine has done this since ive had it, its an 03 , had it for nearly a year .. pull up at lights, in gear, clutch in, blip the throttle, clunk (clickety clunk to be exact lol ) .... I was wondering , could it be something to do with the clutch plate ?

ahh those rear grab rails look really naff too m8y, take em off, send em to me and ill destroy them. what u need is a good sport rack to replace em, umm, i have one !

she is offsky, you right, dont need the seal, when you say silicon, you nean exhaust silicon, or the type i stuck my bath in with lol off to halfords in t morning, job done !

ok m8y ty, gonna go out and hack it off now( gently remove the carbon seal with a screwdriver lol)
, not comfortable bashing it any more in case something else breaks , cheaper to replace the seal that whatever else might fall off lol

Hi everyone,
Im rob, i live in Cornwall and ride an 03 thou, and love it ! only got it last august, b4 then i rode a zx6-r 636 and b4 then was my first ride since passing test in 04 was a gsxr 600. Only now startin to tinker with the fazer, new can etc so will be around the boards often for tips and hints form u fellas, and hopefully sharing my trials and tribulations lol

Hey all,
Got my new can and link pipe today, tried gelling the standard exhaust off and its stuck like a bugger.. Any tips please for when i wake up sober in the morning to tackle it again and remove the old one.
