How about a good roads subsection?
« on: 19 September 2011, 08:19:58 pm »
I'm always looking out for new roads to play around on. They don't have to be epic cat n fiddle type jobbies, but just a nice fun ride that really makes you appreciate the fact you're on a bike and not a four wheeled boremobile.

How about a subsection where members can add routes around major areas, e.g. West Midland routes or West Yorkshire routes.

Just a thought of course. Personally I have trouble finding much information from google on good roads for biking so I for one would appreciate it.

I can add a section (or you can if you want to give it a try) into the Hot Poop Wiki for this if you want?

Roads, Routes and Rideouts section added with subsections for scotland, england, abroad, routes for a day out and rideouts.

Feel free to add any information you want or add any additional subsections

To add another subsection you can either just copy/paste whats already there and replace with what you want to write or put [[ round your text.  e.g.

[[New Subsection]]

Any changes can be rolled back so don't worry about making an arse of it :)

Isn't there a web site already out there that got this info already.

I will go look in my hard drive folders to find it.

There will be a links system on this site, hopefully before Monday, so if you have any sites in your bookmarks let us know.

There's also http://www.ridersguide.co.uk/rides/index.html which lists some routes.
