Hi all,
Up for sale is my carbon Micron can and link pipe, I bought by mistake thinking it'd fit my Ducati - it doesn't
It is to fit 1998-2001 Yamaha R1 , but from what I understand, should also fit the FZS1000 (please confirm yourself if it's going on one of those)
There are a few scratches, but nothing serious... I might split if the price is right?
Looking for £55 posted o.n.o
Cheers!
Ben

Hi,
I've a standard exhaust from my FZS600 up for grabs or swaps. I'd be happy with around £30+ p&p (about £6) as it is in great condition.
I'll try and get pictures up as soon as I get a moment.
Cheers!
Ben

Hi all! I am looking to make a comeback to Fazer ownership after my beautiful Fazer met a rather sticky demise last October I am going to be in the market for a Fazer in the £1000- £1500 possibly £1700 margin. What would this money fetch Fazer wise? my last one ended up costing the best part of 2.5k after finance interest etc was factored in, but that was absolutely mint with 15k on the clock? i am assuming I wont fetch such a bike in this price range? Cheers, ben

Putting the feelers out to gauge interest in my FZS600 engine and or carbs. It's done about 25k miles and has very light damage to the left case which is purely aesthetic, and does not affect the engine in any way.
Please post below or pm any offers if interested.
Many thanks,
Ben

As my poor baby Fazer is a write off, I have a bunch of spares kicking around gathering dust. They were removed to make way for upgraded parts just weeks before the crash. The parts are : Standard Bars and / or bar weights Front red mudguard ( drilled to accept a fender extender thing) Standard steel pipes, a few rust spits but very good condition. A rear panel in red, a few scuffs but a good replacement if yours is damaged.
I have no doubt got tonnes more but at the moment this is all I can find, I have a centre stand somewhere too. Pictures to follow and any offers considered. Collection preferred but I can arrange courier etc obviously. Cheers all, Ben

Hi all,
I have been lucky enough to get a place on the 'Bennetts Ultimate Track Day' with Cal Crutchlow, Scott Redding, James Toseland and Jamie Whitham at Oulton Park!
I fully intend to take my trusty little FZS600 Fazer (Y )reg , but as this is my first trackday, I am unsure what preparations, if any, I should make to the bike. So any help, advice or pointers would be very much appreciated.
Thank you for your time and help,
Ben

Hi all, good evening. My Fzs600 seems to want to be a triple cylinder bike lately... With the recent torrential rain, and the use of the Fazer in such conditions, I have been experiencing a strange issue , whereby my bike drops a cylinder, and won't rev past 8k. When it does it I grab the clutch and rev the nuts off it, and it'll be find for about two mins. In the dry the bike is fine, it only has this issue when conditions are wet and the bike is wet... Any ideas on where to look or what to do? Thanks for your time, Ben

Hi all, Now summer is upon us (well, for a few days) I have been riding the little Fazer quite hard. However, over the last few days, one or two issues became apparent when exiting corners... 1) on tight corners, upon exiting, the front lifts slightly, and feels to be 'skipping' whilst the bike is still slightly leant over 2) on smooth, fast corners/bends, the rear feels to be slipping/sliding all over the place.
I have played with preload etc, and tried adjusting the bars (got renthal 'superbike low' bars) and I've tried adjusting fork height within the yokes, to no avail.
Has anyone else experienced this, and are there any recommended modifications?

I might be being really thick here, but there appears to be no 'gallery' to share pictures of bikes/ ride outs. maybe a possible thing to add to the forum, as every other forum I have used has a gallery, and it makes sharing experiences etc a whole lot easier.

Hi all, Im relatively new to this Fazer malarky, well, new to paying attention to my 'daily' bike. I have been wondering... since I have purchased the bike, I have had the front forks re sprung etc to suit my weight. However, numerous people have told me that the forks aren't standard, due to the adjuster on the top (preload). So I am asking, did the 2000/2001 bikes have the preload as standard? Thanks all, Im loving my fazer btw

Hi all, I'm new to the site as you can probably tell... I have owned my little FZS600 for about a year now, covering about 10,000 miles in that time, and loved every minute Anyway, its a red FZS600 Y reg, and since I have owned it I have fitted a stainless exhaust header system, and my own home made carbon race can (stubby look, with termignoni internals/ end cap). I have also, just today fitted some ''superbike low'' bars in satin black, and fitted a Ducati supersport carbon mudguard (making all the custom bracketry required by hand). The forks are re sprung etc for my weight, and it has a k&n filter fitted. also, a colour coded undertray and mini indicators have been fitted to the rear, and I am awaiting the front indicators to match... Currently I am running a 120/70 front and 160/60 rear tyre combination, and all these small mods make for a very pleasant ride. attached is a not so great quality photo of my ride Anyway, Hi all, I hope I can learn a thing or two from you guys
