For a slimmed down messageboard some forums have had to go and Moans'n'Groans is one of them.

I don't quite understand this... We've dropped a fairly well used (and dare I say loved) forum, for one devoted to the FZ8 ??

Does not compute... sorry!

Mate of mine paid (around 40 quid I think it was) for a set of hte custom made ones. Lost them first ride out  :rollin :rollin :rollin

Nice cheapy ones work well for me, but the Howard Leight ones (as mentioned by somebody else) are far better than their price tag suggests. Dead comfy too :thumbup

When you're reading a thread, there are links to take you to the next (& previous) thread in the forum - which is dead handy.

There's also a link (up top next to your avatar) which shows all unread posts since last visit - which is also dead handy.

What would also be dead handy, is if, having clicked to see the unread posts and then selected a thread to read, the next/previous links took you to the next/previous in the unread list (as opposed to currently, where they go the next in the forum the thread being read was posted in).

Sure this would be possible, but dunno how much work would be involved - or even if I'm the only one wants this?

Good idea / bad idea?

The pair of legs to the left, usually dances around in a rather fetching manner - doesn't seem to be working on the new site though  :'(

Does anybody else have an animiated gif that IS working on here? Any ideas how I can fix her (I know Bracechenko will appreciate her being fixed as well  :evil )

So now we need to know what that "certain age" is  ;)

I'm 40, and can operate with either format - but would prefer, in this situation, to have 24HR I think. In others, I use the "old" way.  :D

BR, that was discussed a few years back, but the outcry from the road safety crowd put an instant stop to it - but having driven in the states a couple of months back, where overtaking on both sides is allowed, it seemed fine to me - at least people seemed to have more awareness of what was around them before changing lane. There would no doubt be a "transition" phase here, if it was brought in, while people got used to it - with a corresponding (& temporary) increase in accident rate - and that alone will likely mean it never happens. Shame though.
