Just a quick update.as I've just moved house I couldn't locate the grub screws until today.will drill & tap them tomorrow & get them posted Friday after work .

Has anyone else had issues with tolerances?  Don't know if I'm doing something wrong but mine seem way to tight a fit and they won't go on any more than you can see in the photo.  Any suggestions?

Problem solved,  took them to my brother's and got him to drill them out another half millimeter..Now I'm wondering wether they will seal, smothered them with loctite, what have others used?

Sorry about this.if you want to send them back I can get another set made .these were the measurements I was given & personally had no problems.
Obviously I want you to be happy.
