Has it sheared or just rounded?

If it's sheared, is it flush?

There're quite soft, so you may be able to hammer something like a star drive bit in to it, then turn it using that? Probably best to remove the caliper from the bike first.

A picture would be useful.

Also, was it sheared due to not wanting to come undone, or over-tightening?

If it's just been over tightened then it should come out okay if you can only get a grip on it, but if it sheared when you tried to undo it then presumably it's corroded in there, which can be harder.

For next time, a bit of heat can help wonders. And some alu anti seize paste smeared on the threads will stop them getting stuck. I find car rear slave cylinders to be the worst for it but again, heat normally helps shift them.

undoing

Ok it's very likely the nipple was over tightened by whomever work on the caliper before you.  As mentioned above an ez out will normally work, when I've done them I use a bit of heat on the caliper body around the nipple just a butane gas torch for a about 30 seconds and out they come.

You only need 6Nm or 4.5 Ft- lbs.
