Never had trouble with E10 fuel or getting petrol any day of the week, but yes do tell your bank that you are going abroad as the feckers blocked my card after 2 transactions.

Went out this morning with a group I ride with around the mountain roads see earlier post Photos. Anyway we were a group of 4,  Hornet 900, CBR 600, a Valkyrie and me on the FZ6 S2. You may laugh about the Valk but trust me Colin can ride this thing and the torque on it is something else, good fun all morning only to be spolit by a load of arseholes on sports bikes.
Anyway they blasted past us 9 of them then an hour later (we had stopped for Coffee)we came across the same group only this time there were down to a group of 6. Three had plastered there pride and joys all over the Spanish countryside, 1 bike was like 100mtrs down the hillside, 1 was wedged under the Armco barrier 1 was under the front end of a car. THe police and ambulances were in attendance so we did not stop, who was the gulity party, did not see what happened but my money is the bikers as they went past us like a bunch of idiots, riding like that on these roads is just plain stupid. Hopefully the three riders were not to badly hurt but I reckon the guy on the bike halfway down the mountain must have been pretty well fucked as it is all rocks and scrub and pinetrees. As we carried on the air ambulance was heading that direction.
Only time I have seen bikers down on these roads it has been sports bikes.
Was a great morning out, but sadly spoilt by idiots, as said hope they are not to badly injured but for sure there bikes were well fucked.

Just to let you folks back home I know your weather is horrendous but keep positive Spring is on the way.
This was yesterday in the Jalon Valley Costa Blanca Spain. Took my good lady out for Valintines day lunch, sadly she will not get on the bike so it was in the cage.
20 degrees and ideal. I was out this way on the FZ6 on Wednesday. Note the blossom on the Almond trees.
Not trying to piss people off as I know you are having it bad but Spring is on the way.

Cannot wait to get my hands on this bad boy. As some may know I have bought Neils FZ1, Neil has fitted these top box plate and brackets for me this week. Better service than one would get from a Yamaha dealer thanks Neil.. As I live out in Spain and the FZ1 is in Scotland me being a tight arse would not fork out the transport costs to here £350 to £600 quotes I was getting. Fly over in April collect the bike then get the chance to piss off the Kawasaki Z1000SX owners forum Spring ride out (which I am organising as a previous owner) Then it will be the long haul back to Moraira Costa Blanca Spain.
Have boughty myself a gel pad as the old bones are not what they used to be and I think I will find the seat on an FZ1 not as comfortable as my FZ6.
Anyone heading down this way about 28th/29th April want to team up.

Mike and Yvonne were 85 years old and had been married for sixty years.
Though they were far from rich, they managed to get by because they carefully watched their pennies.

Though not young, they were both in very good health, largely due to Yvonne's insistence on healthy foods and exercise for the last decade.*
One day, their good health didn't help when they went on a vacation and their plane crashed, sending them off to Heaven.

They reached the pearly gates, and St. Peter escorted them inside. He took them to a beautiful mansion, furnished in gold and fine silks, with a fully
stocked kitchen and a waterfall in the master bath. A maid could be seen hanging their favourite clothes in the closet. They gasped in astonishment
when he said, 'Welcome to Heaven. This will be your home now.' Mike asked Peter how much all this was going to cost. 'Why, nothing,' Peter replied, 'remember, this is your reward in Heaven.'

Mike looked out the window and right there he saw a championship golf course, finer and more beautiful than any ever built on Earth.
'What are the greens fees?' grumbled Mike.
'This is heaven,' St. Peter replied. 'You can play for free, every day.'

Next they went to the clubhouse and saw the lavish buffet lunch.
'Don't even ask,' said St. Peter to Mike. This is Heaven, it is all free for you to enjoy.'

Mike looked around and nervously asked Yvonne 'Well, where are the low fat and low cholesterol foods and the decaffeinated tea?'

'That's the best part,' St. Peter replied. 'You can eat and drink as much as you like and you will never get fat or sick. This is Heaven!'

'No gym to work out at?' said Mike

'Not unless you want to,' was the answer.

'No testing my sugar or blood pressure or...'

'Never again'

Mike glared at Yvonne and said, 'You and your bloody Bran Flakes! We could have been here ten years ago!'

« on: 07 February 2014, 11:53:13 pm »
Anyone who believes there is no need for unions is just a fucking idiot,
But fuckit my 2 pence worth move half the fucking jobs out of London to areas were the cost of property is less and labour costs likely less as well. No wonder the Jocks are pushing for Independance, everything in this fucked country seems to be centred in the South East of the country.

As regards Thatcher spending her remaining days at the RITZ even her own children had had enough of the old cunt.
Got herself elected for a second term on the back of a war. Then refused to let the injured and disfigured for life, service men parade through London with the armed forces as part of a victory celebration to saint Pauls.
Yes they were allowed to attend the service but had to quietly file in and sit at the back so as the general public could not see there hideous scars and disfigurement.
That old bitch has split the UK in two as in the North South devide.
She led the charge to destroy our manufacturing base ably assisted I may add by Scargill and co, but at least villian that he was he forecst the damage that that bitch and her cronies would do to the country.
The London underground are wanting to make x amount redundant to save £50 million, will those savings be passed onto the customers in stalling the next price hike in fares, I doubt it. They save £50 million , payout redundancy packages(costs please) the now unemployed have to sign on the dole for benifits, which I assume will be means tested. Who is going to pick up the tab for unemployment benifits? so can some one explain to me were are the actual savings.
One thing I will say is that strikes by public service workers should not be allowed, but if an independent body fines in favour of the work force heads should roll at the very top of management.
Get back to talking about fazers for fucks sake and screw politics.

« on: 06 February 2014, 02:45:11 pm »
remember the last thread, well just got this back off HMG
The e-petition 'We oppose the proposal to change the August Bank Holiday to Margaret Thatcher Day' signed by you recently

As this e-petition has received more than 10 000 signatures, the relevant Government department have provided the following response: The proposal to rename the August Bank Holiday as Margaret Thatcher Day has been put forward in a Private Members Bill introduced by Peter Bone MP. The Government receives many proposals to rename existing Bank Holidays in order to commemorate the achievements of particular individuals. However there is no precedent for naming public holidays after an individual and the Government has no plans to do so. Any changes to the names of Bank Holidays would be the subject of a full public consultation. This e-petition remains open to signatures and will be considered for debate by the Backbench Business Committee should it pass the 100 000 signature threshold.

Thank foc for that, panic over...................I can sleep easy now :lol
Yea got the same thing

« on: 06 February 2014, 08:39:31 am »
120K , £850.00, sorry it is not just about the engine , forks are going to be pitted , swing arm likely corroding from inside to out , wheels likely will have stress cracks not visable to the eye, I would not take that as a gift you are only going to buy a heap of trouble for yourself. As regards him saying he will put it through an MOT, so what !! brake pipes will be needing replacing. Walk away mate save yourself the grief.
