Hey folks, sadly Moffy is struggling to get people to book in for the Spring Meet, which means it's dangerously close to disappearing from the calendar. It's a SUPERB weekend, a brilliant chance to put names to faces from here, talk bikes, ballocks or bile, whichever flicks your switch.Drink booze, listen to live music, ride with mates, see the scenery, make friends for life.Seriously, it's one of the few things I miss about the UK being down here in Kiwiland.I don't want to sound all misty eyed auld twat, but we had a superb calendar of meets a few years back; Dare (Aberdare), The Frolic (Forest of Dean), Spring Meet (Settle), The Gathering (Glencoe) to name only the ones I made it along to.Meeting folks in person makes the online interactions way better, some of my closest friends have been made through shenanigans and recognising my kind of idiot in person.
Please, have a look, have a think and GO.You only really regret what you don't do, so get to it whilst the chance is still there!Aegis

Hey Foccers, once again Tapatalk have proven themselves to be a festering pile of diseased camel sputum.
They updated the mod that we use on here and it caused massive issues with the main forum.
So, may I ask you to complete the wee survey on here please to see if it's worthwhile fixing it or better to just bin it?

Happy New Year to you foccin' bunch from down here in Kiwiland. Here's to 2016 being everything you guys want and more!
Having ridden my bike a meagre 5 times since she arrived here, I'm planning on putting a shit load of miles on her this year.
Hope you guys do likewise and there are plenty of Foc-U meets and shenanigans to keep us all amused.
Love 'n hugs,

Right, I'm officially the unluckiest and clumsiest foccer in the world.
Riding 'Bee to work, heated grip comes away from the throttle tube so she becomes unrideable.
Park up, get a lift to work and head back to pick her up that night on the back of my ute.
Turns out I forgot to turn off the ignition so her battery is flat as an anorexic's chest.
After this I couldn't be arsed unloading her at night, so left it until the morning.
Unloading her from the bed of the ute and one ramp slips off as I hadn't tied the ramps properly.
Half way down, the second ramp slips off and my lovely, shiny bike bounces off the ramp, off the back of the ute and ends up front wheel on the tailgate with the back on the driveway.
After the coolant tsunami had abated, I pushed her into the carport and headed to work.
When I checked the radiator core seems sound, but the coolant intake pipe on the bottom right of the radiator (as you sit on the bike) has come away from the radiator half way around, the other half is still attached.
My plan is to braze/solder it with these wee fellas
and a wee blow torch, anyone have any experience with soldering radiators?
Any hints/tips/do's or dont's to be aware of?

It's been a long wait, between finances, fettling and foc ups by the shipping company, but at long lost 'Bee has cleared customs and sailed through
the registration inspection here in Kiwiland.
First wee shakedown run last night, man I'm rustier than she was when Nooj got her.
Still, grin has been splitting my face ever since even though we did only go into Auckland city and back, but man I've missed my bike.
Saturday will be spent making her road (il)legal again, swapping out the standard can for the Micron one again, checking the power commander, refitting the hand guards and led rear light...
Longest I've been off her up until now was 4 weeks due to ripped ankle ligaments, even then it was only the right ankle so didn't really need to use it much, but this has been killer.
I'll get some photos of her in front of a decent Kiwi landscape in the next week or so, but I fear I may need a new lid as my smile is likely to crack mine form the inside.
If anyone is looking for me, I'll be out on my bike.

It wasn't a scam, it was me.
As far as I'm aware we have never had any issues with spambots sending people personal messages on here, so why you should assume that one coming from me is such a beast is beyond me.
Especially when said message contained my name and other things that, typo in the title aside, read nothing like an automated response.
Also, how about before you start asking questions about things that I dealt with via PM on the (very) public forum, you ask me if it's real or not?
When I'm threatened with litigation you will excuse me if I deal with it quickly in a manner that I see fit before I seek your counsel.
To that end I've moved your post in general has been moved to the mods section before we talk more about the issue at hand and delete it.
If you're unhappy "about where this forum is going" try asking the people involved in making sure we HAVE a forum about the issue before taking it to the boards.
The other option is obvious.
Not wanting to get too arsey, but it is MY forum now.
I cover the hosting, I deal with peoples petty and insular squabbles, I try and sort out deals, discounts and the like for members as well as occasionally having time to read and participate in threads that interest me.
If I'm being short, I can only apologise, but it's been a cunt of a shift in work today dealing with folks complaints, to come on here and have to do the same is not what I was looking for.

Hey up folks, given that I'm at least a 24 hour plane ride away, fair to say I'll be missing my second Spring Meet
in a row.
Gutted doesn't come close, been my staple for the last decade.
Anyway, for the newbies amongst you, awesome weekend of biking, boozing and bananas behaviour in the wonderful Yorkshire countryside.
Do it, you know it makes it sense!
Love 'n Hugs,

Merry Christmas foccers, hope that the fat man in the red suit is suitably splendid to you all.
Just about to head off down to the beach to see if there are any well filled stockings for me there.
Have a guid 'un folks!

Hey up folks, following on from Farjo becoming an Admin Alumni and the request for people to step up and take on mod duties, I'm pleased to announce that Bob and Neil, BBrown1664 and Flesh, are our two newest mods.
Play nicely please folks, and they won't have much work to do.
Foc 'em about and the Banning Stick(TM) of T-Cat shall be dusted off an wielded in your general direction.

For those of you that haven't read the front page, Farjo has stepped down as Admin, handing me the keys to this here forum and letting me fly solo, something I never foresaw when I signed up to the previous incarnation in late 2004.
Over the years the board has seen many changes, both in members and ad-mods, but I'm glad to say the core values of taking the piss and helpful advice are still present in equal measure.
On that note, with Frazer enjoying life on civvy street, it means that only Mick and I are covering ad-mod detail.
Me being in Kiwiland does mean that, in theory, there will be one of us available around the clock to deal with spam, abuse and other issues, but an extra pair of hands (or two) would be useful.
So, if you're interested in helping out by being a moderator, could you either send me a PM or an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
