Helmet cams - can be incriminating as well as shows up pretty poor policing.

FFS, does that bloke on the ducati live in the same world?

Aye, the guy on the bike is a fool for answering his phone, but he didn't swerve or change Road position, just got scooped up by a twat.

What an absolute cock, he saw a gap that was far too small and went for it, revving as he passed.  The cyclist should've at least demanded the footage, I was amazed at how calm he was.

"Oh you're on the phone, that gives me the right to knock you off!".

I've been down there on my bike many times and was always been confused by those road markings.  That "cycle lane" suddenly comes in further back up Constitution Hill, getting wider until it takes up a whole lane, then gets smaller again towards Buck palace, no cycle signs etc.

Even if that isn't a cycle lane it's still not an excuse to knock someone off.

EDIT...yep, he's being hounded off the Internet http://hyperstrada.com/ducati-hyperstrada/663-ducati-dragons-s-youtube-channel-4.html

Didn't watch it all, only snippets, but what was the wpc supposed to do?

More to the point, what is Sherman doing on a Ducati forum :)

I thought the wpc wasn't interested in anything beyond the fact the cyclist was on the phone (which is foolish, but not illegal). She didn't care about anything that the ducati rider might have done wrong (did do wrong).

As she said herself, she didn't see, so she shouldn't be taking the words of each as gospel, but that's what she did.

I think you just about summed it up there!

Yes the cyclist was doing a wrong'un, even more so on a busy London road, but that was terrible judgement and bullshit by the biker.
Good job there was a 16yr old police girl there in case it kicked off.  :lol

Spot on. Pricks like that put insurance up for us all. Poor sod on the bike...the biker is lucky the cyclist was of that nature, if he'd done it to me or many others here he'd need casualty to get that Ducati out of his arse..

Just seen this on Facebook (along with the links to the forum, does someone else follow Roadcraft Nottingham I wonder?) I was shock at the attitude of the motorcyclist. Using a phone isn't a good idea (though it seems not illegal on a push bike for some reason) but I think that would bring me off my push bike.

Is it just me or does any one else think the motorcyclist sounded like Chris Eubank .

Silly cyclist.

But the biker?  What a total and utter tosser.

From what I can see he did that intentionally.  I'm lost for words.

He could have waited another second and passed with ease on the inside, or even gone straight round the outside of him.

I watched the first minute a few times, he intentionally knocked that guy off his bike.  Surely that's wreckless driving perhaps assault.

At first I thought the collision was a misjudgement by the Ducati rider, and has wing ing about the cyclist use of the phone was an attempt to avoid being the cause of the collision. But on viewing it again it appears to me that he made an effort to knock the rider and his revving of his engine was part of that aggression. If that is the case I would think he has committed assault and should that be the case he should have his license taken away before he does it again and kills someone.

Cyclist not much to say other than perhaps he got a taste of own medicine.
Biker what a Twat! It was clear he couldn't fit through the gap and how lucky he was to have a slow copper. His mobile phone argument along with traffic light comment made it so clear his actions which could've caused injury were to prove a point. A justified point.
Surprised he mentioned it being recorded and further surprised wpc didn't ask to see it. She would surely of had to do the biker for dangerous riding.

EDT.  The shyte had room.
