Just to say that is another Fazer 600 99 plate modded thanks to your excellent walkthrough. Mine is a red one just like in your pics, beautiful bike !  :D  I managed to get an 10A inline blade fuse wired in just in case I want to reverse the mod.  Wired in a new H4 Socket as the old one was a bit knackered.  Thanks Again!!  :)

Introduction / Hi Folks

Hi There, I thought I would introduce myself as I am the proud owner of a Yamaha 1st gen. boxeye fazer 600 on a 99 plate.  Mine is red.  Passed my bike test just before Christmas and bought the Fazer 3 days later.  She has been a lovely ride so far.  I am thinking of taking her accross the channel this year to do some touring in Europe and possibly a bit of camping.  Looking forward to hearing from likeminds on the forums here.  Bye for now :)


P.S. here is a picture of her.  Can't wait for some better weather so I can take some more!
