Got auto renewal quote through for home and contents £222.40
Went online to furry friend to get comparison quotes cheapest came in £140
Phone existing insurer to cancel auto renewal and then completed purchase through the furry one ;)

Result........same policy with same insurer (yep same insurer)  minus £82.40 plus a furry toy and 2 for 1 cinema tickets

That's what gets my goat

Car drivers that are too stupid to notice the huge amount of parked cars up ahead of them, then just drift over to the right as if you're not even there.
Same applies to when they undertake you even though there's a big fuck off red bus about to stop in front of them, then they get annoyed when you don't let them pull out.
Tossers.  :wall

Arrogant suited city twats!
Had one yesterday step off the kerb in front of me because apparently (stopped for a chat  :lol ) the zig zags either side of a pedestrian crossing count as part of the crossing so you can cross anywhere within the zig zags and it counts as part of the invisible force field around these crossings  :wall . We agreed he was a complete fuckwit who should fec off to Calais to be a H & S advisor for the tossers trying to get through the chunnel.

The complete and idiots, on the M5 northbound this afternoon between J10 and J9.  (Just in case you might identify either yourself of the wanker driving the vehicle!!!!)
First the Volvo estate towing a trailer - in the outside lane!
Second, the Ford KA, about 150yds further on - loads of pushbikes attached to the back of the car. No lights visible through the tangle of spokes etc!

Gobsmacked, but if I put a small number plate on...................

Thats pathetic! One of our 300 series LWB diesel Sprinter vans ran to 500000 miles before giving up the ghost. It was the "full power" version 5 speed box and the only trouble I ever had was a split turbo hose temporarily repaired with yards of gaffer tape. it spent most of its life in the "fast lane" in the region of the National SpeedLimit(officially anyway!) :lol The accountants at MB advised the company to cut costs about 17 years ago which led to  a spate of reliability/warranty issues in the early noughties.
On a separate note concerning German cars, dont ever think about getting to the water pump on certain Audis-have to strip half the engine out first! :eek

NHS consultants who are paid a fortune , then complain they have to work one weekend in five. Meanwhile Nurses and Paramedics Ambulance drivers and other healthcare workers who do more hours and are paid no where near their value.

0people who park at the pumps, dont buy fuel but go into the forcourt shop and do the weekly shop... :rolleyes

...& why is it that when all the pumps are occupied & you stop to queue behind the only car without a driver filling up (thinking that your one is already paying & will be out in a few secs), all the other drivers have finished filling, been in & paid & driven off before your one appears!? :'(. What are they doing in there?? :rolleyes.

Waiting to get served my first pint, which takes about 15 seconds to pour, while the bar staff are having to make someone really complicated cocktails, or a round of hot drinks, that take about half an hour to make :'(.

The stupid young bitch who cut me up at a road junction this afternoon.
I was approaching to turn right when she cut across the junction by 5 feet, still in fairness the stupid bitch didn't see me because she was busy on her mobile phone at the time.
Housing estate during the summer holidays - what could possibly go wrong with the way she drives.
Never underestimate the ingenuity of an idiot!

What why why do people going through average speed cameras go through them at the set speed, (50mph in the case of new ones on M74) then speed up in between them?
Don't they realise they're called 'average speed cameras'?  Foccin donkeys :groan

On the way home from work just now there was a BMW( :rolleyes ) facing me with his right indicator on ready to do a right turn so as the lights had gone red up ahead I did the decent thing and stopped to let him cross my path.

SEVEN cars then thought "Fuck that." and UNDERTOOK me as me and the BMW driver just sat there like idiots watching them all fly past and join the queue of traffic a bit further up? What the fuck?

Manners have just about disappeared on the roads these days, especially around my area, drivers appear to be completely self righteous wankers.

Rant over.  :\
