Before i remove the the said item, any advice would be much appreciated. The small piston is operating ok on the switch so i'm guessing it is the contacts inside it.Can i take it out of the loop easily?I have never had a bike that had one fitted.Any advice please will be welcome.

i got rid of the AIS system about three years ago,I used the holeshot kit from the states. It cost about 45 quid.Very easy to fit.I think someone on this site was selling the caps, not sure though. What i do know is after fitting, it makes changing the plugs easier. :)

I do like this site.An earlier comment on loose plugs prompted me to check mine, two plugs needed tightening.I also torqued mine. :)

The battery is knackered :\ .Bought a new one from D&K.Cost £50 its got a 2year warrantry on it.I will have the charging aspect of the bike checked out soonest.D&K use yodel as a delivery company and they are rubbish. My new battery was kept at the Stoke on Trent collection point for Four days.If i had not got D&K to chase them it would still be sitting there.Hundreds of complaints about yodel can be found on the Amazon site. The charger i use is a good quality one It charged the battery no probs but it would not hold the charge.

Lots of horror stories on this site about the removal and servicing of the exup valve :eek .The stories mainly concern the removal of the bolts that hold the thing in place,or i should say the attempted removal.
