It certainly is.
Hopefully the link works to the video....My daughters face when two nutters jumped out at 5000ft was priceless.

Finally, after a couple of issues with the guy selling it in the States, then it being held in customs until I paid an extra £50, the Mustang seat for the Virago 1100 has landed.

It's in really good nick considering its age and after a good scrub with vinyl cleaner and then a deep polish, it's come up a treat!!

Hope the following link to my Google Drive works!!!

Hadn't heard of Mustang seats before I read your post but I was looking at a mag yesterdayand low and behold there was an ad for them on a Harley accessory shop and they really are the business. :thumbup

Cheers Coffee.
I fitted it yesterday afternoon; it looks awesome and is really comfy.
I'll try and get some pics of it fitted today if the bloody rain will ease off for 5 minutes  :'(

Took the Harley FXDWG Evo to Steel Horse near Abergavenny to meet up with Paul (Ogri48) on his Fat Boy Evo.
Really good turnout in the sunshine and fab to catch up with my good mate Paul.

Gave the calipers on the Triumph a quick clean and service. Wired in the necessary bits and pieces for my heated gloves and satnav. Doing the M25 Ring of Red tomorrow.

probably one of the last meets we will have on the Evos til spring mate, berluddy good job we got the thous too. That 1340 of yours sounds incredibly sweet for a 25 year old lump. And like you, I wouldn't dream of swapping for any Harley made after about 1999. Looking forward to the show buddy :) :)

Damn flashing oil light came on in the youngest daughters van, Peugeot Bipper. Apparently there is sensor monitoring the oil quality and when it deteriorates to a set level, the light comes on and its time to change the oil (I think thats how it works). So, seventy quid for oil, new filter, o rings and sealing plug and seal, oil changed. The chuffin light stays on though, and you have to cough up another £20 to £80 quid (depending on where you go) to get the chuffin light turned off, otherwise it will shut the engine down eventually.

What a foccin faff, forcing you to main dealers again. Foccin EU.

Things like this are really getting to piss me off. Im having a bad few days, chuffin fireworks started here Oct 30 and have been every night since including tonight and I expect more tomorrow. The porr dogs going bananas, we got him from a rescue kennels, hed had a really shit life and it was touch and go in the early days. Hed been badly beaten and was frightened of people, but hes come on leaps and bounds in the 3 years hes been with us, but 11 consecutive nights of explosions is taking him backwards

We celebrate national days like St Georges Day/Trafalgar Day etc on the day on which they occured and only then. Guy Fawkes night has been hijacked and turned into fund raising occasions for organisations, who each hold them on different nights so as to maximise the income

I'm intrigued as to how that works. A new one to me.

Got to Clackett Lane services just before 12:30, which gave me time to get a coffee and have a mooch round to look at the bikes. Bit of a disappointing turnout numbers wise compared to previous years, but respect to all those that made the effort. Spotted a yellow Gen 1 on an 03 plate sporting the upside down stock handlebar look.
We left around 13:20 , the aim being for the lead bike to arrive at Cobham services as the last bike was leaving there. I stayed in the procession of bikes until the A30, before making for Hampton Court, the A3 and home. My Gerbing heated gloves got their first outing of the winter, making a chilly run out, more than comfortable.

Big crowds in Whitehall this morning. Seemed as many as the centenary last year to me. Perfect weather once again. The conditions always seem to clear and the sun out on Remembrance Sunday.

Me too. We've an owners manual, but I cant locate a service manual at all. Bought  a CD set off ebay that was supposed to be the full Peugeot service manual, but have been unable to open it on any pc, so I suspect its gash. I need to change the timing belt (or chain) as its now done 65k but im a little unsure as to how to tackle that. I did the 206 last year, and the Disco 2 the year before, buts its knowing the torque settings etc, and I cant know what parts to order till i get it stripped

managed not to snap any studs so theres lovely. been spraying penetrant on the nuts for last week or so. new delkevic stainless system going on once ive had a good clean up of the motor. looks to be pukka quality. leaving the oe studs in and useing stainless dome heads on the re assembly. no point taking risks and giving meself a problem I aint got...
