People who add a "Make and offer" button on their ebay listing and then wont take any offer until its 20p off the asking price. If you don't want offers then don't ask for them
You need to elaborate, I'm curious now

Funnily enough I thought about this thread a couple of days ago, when I read about the ex mayor of Southend on sea getting into trouble for saying the travellers who want to settle there, should be sent back to Ireland with their 'thieving, filthy ways' and they were treated like pariahs because they are pariahs. I think he should get off the fence and say what he really thinks

Just a thought but if the gt85 softens the adhesive on the tape it may end up curling up at the edges as you move the throttle and causing problems.

Red=Warning - High Speed Object in motion Silver=Bullet Black=Tina Turner - Simply the Best
All 3 colours combined into the S model.........Unstoppable....S standing for Speedyasfoc
I have to admit (reluctantly) that is the best colour scheme and the one I was looking for but fell for a mint blue foxeye.

They're not slow, we just ride them slowly to allow people to admire them that bit longer

According to Fowlers, yours is Black2, no mention of metallic you'll notice. Whereas mine is Purplish Blue Metallic. Who's is metallic now? Yamaha don't mention metallic and they should know.
Interesting that it is not listed in any way as being metallic but in real life it is metallic, I will try and get a picture, the metallic-ness is very fine
I totally believe you I've noticed it myself, it shows up best in strong sunshine, I'm only pulling your leg, all I was saying was that just because it's metallic doesn't mean it's not black, mine's metallic but it's still blue.

Actually black is not black - its the only fzs600 colour that is metallic ( That's shiny flecks of silver in the paint for all you base colour riders )
So metallic black isn't black?
NO - its metallic black
But it's still black whether it's metallic or not. Do the DVLA know that the V5's wrong then?

Yours blue by any chance Big Mac? Only guessing

That's fair enough, I know what you mean. What sort of thing are you looking to replace it with?

Hey mate, try not to get too down about it, don't do anything impulsive.leave it a while and see how you feel then. We've all been there, so we know how foccin' frustrating bikes can be. Just don't sell it until you're sure you want to, you may end up regretting it.

The chances are that the fork oil won't have been changed so that could perhaps do with checking.

Welcome to the forum Rikat (Rob) As you can probably see, you'll need a thick(ish) skin and a sense of humour to survive on here but if you can put up with us you'll get some good advice and a bit of stick in equal measure Nice bike by the way. Are you planning to ride it much or keep it low mileage and mint?

Yeah, but at least they're not............... silver
OY FUCK OFF
Not yours Tommy. yours is lovely. We meant all the other silver ones didn't we Mtread? Yours has got some blue bits on it so if you want we could make it an honorary blue one. Anyway at least it's not gold .

Whoever would've thought that a for sale thread that no one is actually interested in buying could generate such a response?

Ah Vinnyb, that's taking sarcasm to far
That wasn't sarcasm Unfazed, I was being genuine I wonder if Foxy lady wants his posts deleting in case the new owner comes on here and finds out what an arse he is. If he hasn't already worked it out

Yeah, but at least they're not............... silver
Well they wouldn't be 'cos no one would ever even consider buying a silver one.... would they?

The comment about the clock was made in jest, hence the smiley. 9 posts in 3 years, and you just use the forum to try to sell your bike! Don't need any lessons from you thank you.
BTW I've got a red one just as nice as yours, and it's done 45k. Try and get out more
Nice try Mtread but yours can't possibly be as nice as Foxeye's because as you said, it's red. His is blue, like mine.

I hope Foxeye recommends FOC as a source of useful information, to it's new owner.

Oooh, get her. Sorry Foxeye but 'knowing a bike inside out' isn't only about owning it for 10 years, it involves getting out and riding it as well, which is something you clearly haven't done. Good luck with the new bike, hopefully the next forum you join will be humourless and less upsetting for you

There's always one who thinks they're really, really clever with their puerile comments...........[/quote] I presume this was directed at me? Blimey mate, after only 8 posts in, you are in the wrong forum At least he's flogging it, not just picked it up, so he won't be on here too long. Nice bike though.
Yet another puerile comment by a smart arse. FFS Vinny this is a motorbike forum for bikers so please try to maintain standards. Your cnut comments are about as welcome as a reggae band at a Ku Klux Klan convention. TW@ !!
Sorry Frosties, I feel so ashamed I'll try to maintain the respectful standards expected of FOC forum members in future.
