O.K Folk,s i,m putting my Fazer up for sale as i,ve just left a deposit on a thousand.
23300 miles
Maxton front suspension
Rear hugger
Front fender extender
Belly pan
K and N air filter
Rentec rack
New sintered brake pads
Tyre,s only 1000 miles young
Solalarm
Stainless steel down pipes
M O T till April but can,t find the sheet for last year
I am only the second owner from new.
It has full service history done by last owner and myself
I would say this comes with ALL history apart from last years M O T certificate.

ps the bike is available to look at but can only let it go after October the 5th
Forgot to say small scuff to o/s rear panel and to n/s mirror very minor points

Well guy,s still looking for a 1000,but a lot i see for sale have the standard exhaust still on so what i want to know is does the link pipe off a 600 fit straight on to a 1000.

So i went to look at a gen 1 last night and very tidy it was too,but when in neutral the light on the dash did not light up,so apart from the bulb in the dash could it be anything else and if not how easy or hard is it to fit a neutral switch.

O.K guys yesterday when i got home from work i could,nt get the bike into neutral until i turned the engine off (could,nt get out of first to be precise) noticed on the way home tonight that i really had to press hard to get into gears,when stopped at lights i could,nt get out of first until the bike started to move again,also when i pull the clutch lever in i only have to move it a millimeter or so and i hit the bite point or stall it  .Do you think it is the clutch cable and if so is it a easy change.

O.K guy,s just ordered one so two thing,s
1) Does the filter come pre oiled
2) Considering i only just know 1 end of a spanner from the other how long should i be looking at for me to change it.

O.K i,ve got about £130 to spend,the front runner for me is the RST Blade which comes with a good back protector and seems like a dual purpose (fit for warm summer riding and winter riding) do you guys know of anything better than this for the same amount.Must be able to do the cold winter months and be a sports looking style,also cool in the main summer months.[/size]Regards Ady

O.K so i ride my bike to work every day,except xmas  ,Started it up after a 5 day standing (had to use the jump leads  )and the brakes had seized ever so slightly and i was wondering if after every journey home from work if i sprayed brake cleaner on the pistons and discs would that keep all the crap and salt away and stop the pistons from seizing up over the winter months. O.K here goes i,ve been told the rear of my bike is starting to sag a little,19000 miles so not surprised,now i,ve been looking at rear shocker options and the 2 i would go for is first the Nitron,set up for my style of riding and weight by an ex BSB mechanic for a total of £390 or looking at the FZS1000 shocker and my spring off the 600.Now i,m no mechanic so i would have to pay for the labour,so which would work out the cheapest and also which do you think would be the best,also have to remember that the Nitron shock has a lot more options for adjustment.So about £75-100 for the shocker and then god knows how much labour or the simple swap with the Nitron.And guys which do you lot think would be the better.

So i bought a leather Richa jacket off E bay i try it on,zip it up AND the slider comes right off the zip, i contacted the seller who says it is a design so in worst case scenarios the jacket can always be undone,just wondering if any of you can confirm this.Here is a link to the photo. So went to Hein Gericke in Preston today to look at some leathers (boy was i in for a shock) not the price but the fitting sizes i normally wear a 36 inch waist clothing.Now i took a 36 and 38 inch set of RST pants to try on and to my amazement could,nt even fasten the zip up on the 38 never mind the 36 now would the HG ones be sized the same or is there a little difference.I have a chance of a 40 inch pair of HG trousers at a decent price which should fit if sizing is the same.Now the serious question have i turned into a real fat bastard  or is leather clothing small sized.

So i,m finally about to order my complete system (only waited about 4 months lol) but to partially fund it i will be selling the original down pipes,my question is what price do you think i should sell these for.I have seen them on E Bay going for £135 but do you guys think this is a realistic price or should i go a lot lower than this.

O.K guys just after finding out once you guys clean your filters what oil you use after,do you use the k&n recommended oil or just a basic clean engine oil,or something else.

For reasons i can,t say the only iridium spark plugs i can get at the moment are CR8EHIX9 will these fit and be o k in a 99 plate fzs600
