Description: Around the 40000 mile mark you may get a clicking noise when pulling in the clutch lever. It is normally associated with the grease in the actuator in the sprocket cover drying out. This document outlines how to regrease it without dismantling it and if necessary dismanling it to replace the bearing. It could be included as a maintenance procedure when changing the sprocket.
