Hi folks.
I want to fit a 12 volt power socket.
Anyone know if there is a spare live wire anywhere on the 2002 fzs 1000 I could plug into when the key is turned on to make it become live ? As I don't want to run it from the battery.

Yes there is on the foot hanger, have to take the foot hanger off as there is a Allen key bolt at the back that holds the foot peg and gear lever in place, once off you can lube the bush inside the gear lever. Hope that helps.

Heard the R1 and TDM 900 are the same but not all the years.
