I worked on a unit where we looked after and prepared patients for their colonoscopy and we gave them Picolax. Sometimes it took a couple of doses until anything happened, sometimes the effect was immediate and they barely had time to put the glass down, and sometimes there was a trail of poo to the toilets and an explosion all over its walls. So now when a patient is embarrassed by their incontinence I can honestly and truthfully say that I've seen much worse 
Nice  Luckily my experience of Picolax was not as bad as that, but I daren't stray too far from a toilet

I was trying that last night Frazer, and once I got there I couldn't see a 'Join Group' option, however, I've just had another look and the option was there Looks like I could be in

I'd put some text in this box, then clicked on 'Additional Options' --> 'Browse', selected the picture I wanted to upload, clicked 'Preview' and the text was there but no picture appeared.
Original file was 1.75Mb, resized to 744kb, same thing happened with both versions.

Frazer, if nothing else, can you give Steve his 'Grumpy Grouch-o' custom title back asap Steve, Yuku had its faults, but we should all give this new site a chance, and at least make any criticism constructive, a lot of people have given up a lot of time over the years to keep Foc-U going for the likes of you, me and lots of other like-minded people to enjoy, maybe we should give them some support
