FZS600 Fazer / Re: Fork change

Cheers kebab

I’ve got the stem being modified this week to fit the R1 yokes. I’ll tackle the speedo issue once I have a wheel which fits. I will take any R1/R6 wheel that anyone has laying around.

Cheers all. Update is I have bought a set of 2007-2008 yokes. I need to have the steering stems swapped. Shouldn’t be a massive hassle. Front wheel will need to be changed. Not sure on what I will do with the speedo yet. Any hints would be a help. Forks and yokes look the business. The forks are the same diameter as the r1 yes. They are the same length as the fzs600 forks. I will post a pics when I can.

Hi. I have a knackered set of forks on my fzs600. I have bought a set of fz8 forks but now need a set of yokes. Any suggestions?

I know I will need front mud guard/fender but I plan on using original wheels if possible

Thanks in advance

FZ6 / Fazer / Re: How to streetfighter my fz6
« on: 13 October 2017, 01:52:57 pm »
Hi Charlie see a pic of mine below

I didn't do the work I bought it like this however I do believe it is quite simple with most street-fighter kits coming with clamps etc. Wiring would be the only mess on

Phil

Sounds good, I might have a dodge down one evening. However with the impending change in weather I think the bike may be parked up for a while. Yes I'm a fair weather biker and not interested in being wet :)

I bought the bike from Scarborough so not far away. I will be down your way at some point. Are there any meets down there worth attending?

I'm not keen on them. Thinking of removing them. They do get you noticed by car drivers
