Anyone has to swap their fuel pump mine gets really loud at 30mph ,at least I presume its the pump
Its either a high pitched wine like wind through a visor or rattle like the relays fked

Details

20181216 172549

Pad material has come away from back plate
Would explain the sticking rear caliper
Outside piston free inside one appears seized
New seals at least ,that's if I can get the pistons out

FZS600 Fazer / Sticking fuel gauge

Presume this is related to sensor in tank
When first starting fuel gauge goes to max
After riding stays at highest level until heavy braking then drops to correct level
Do I need a new sensor in the tank

FZS600 Fazer / Annoying noise when rolling

I have a noise similar to bodywork vibrating and slight vibes but only below 5k revs
Don't make the noise when on centre stand in neutral or in gear
Suspected loose sprocket but which is tight output bearing seems fine
Removed clutch checked all OK
Brake pads appear OK is not loose and vibrating
No mudguards rubbing

Could it be water pump ? Really starting to p me off

Can I fit any silencer to my 2001 model.

FZS600 Fazer / ignition switch trouble getting key in and out

the last week this is becoming a right pain in the arse
,having trouble getting the key in and out ,worse when the sterring lock is on
so tight feels like the key is going to shear ,whats the best way to lube or clean
switch works perfect
