Help took off exup valve and the bush is solid in the exup casing tryed taping it but won't budge any ideas  :rollin thanks !!

Which bush is stuck?  The one inside the EXUP housing at the far end of the valve, or the bush that fits in the EXUP cover?

In either case, provided that the valve spindle rotates freely in the bush without excessive freeplay, it's not matter for concern.  Just slather it in copper grease when you reassemble it and call it good.

If the bush needs replacing (as mine did), lots of heat is required. I used a mapp gas blow torch.
