the flow line control etc.are you able to shut off or is it a continuous flow.
if thats the case would it not saturates the whole back end in oil.
if you turn the flow off this would burnt out the little pump ?
good idea nevertheless still would prefer a switch off etc.

« on: 14 July 2018, 05:43:36 pm »
did the scottish highland ride about a month ago.
did 1400 miles over 6 days.
I suffer badly with numb bum syndrome.
50 or 60 miles then I start to feel it.
tried a/hawk,gel pad etc no joy but these worked for me......
can go twice the distance before I need to get off.

insurances are a rip off these days.
what happened to comprehensive insurance??
in the old day's you ask for comp and you got the lot but not now you've got add ons.
I got a quote for £80 for my tracer 700 but by the time I added all the necessary bits it came to just over £200.
it was the same with my car 013 focus 1600cc that came to £243. from £120.
they've got us by the balls I tell ya by the the balls. :'(

I've seen one that has a camera on the side of the van.
a bit like those domed security cameras.
this was reported last year about these are going to be rolled out to catch speeding bikers

discussions on political matters will always cause riffs between members.
that is why most forums wont accept  political discussions.

General / rear brake light??
« on: 22 January 2018, 10:27:01 am »
what do you call these things that are fitted to top box's.
I know it sound obvious but cannot find any on ebay using that.
what I'm after is a rear light that has a brake light inc.
I can find one of each but not 2 together.
going touring in may so buying a bigger top box and I want the above fitted inside the red reflector.

probably might be best having separate lights .
what I would like is for them to be inside the red reflector that you got on the topbox.

General / prize bull
« on: 29 December 2017, 06:05:14 pm »
A man takes his wife to the Cheshire County Show.
They eventually get to the field containing the prize bulls.

They come up to the first bull and his sign stated:
"THIS BULL MATED 50 TIMES LAST YEAR."

The wife turns to her husband and says:
"He mated 50 times in a year, you could learn a thing or two from him."

They proceed to the next bull and his sign stated:
"THIS BULL MATED 150 TIMES LAST YEAR."

The wife turns to her husband and says:
"This one mated 150 times last year. That is nearly 3 times a week. You could learn from this one too."

They proceeded to the last bull and his sign said:
"THIS BULL MATED 365 TIMES LAST YEAR."

The wife's mouth drops open and says:
"WOW! He mated 365 times last year. That is ONCE A DAY!!! You could really learn from this one."

The man turns to his wife and says:
"Go up and ask if it was 365 times with the same cow."

I watched a documentary recently which advised that to have "inner peace" we should always finish things we start, and that we all could use more calm in our lives...
I looked through the flat to find things I'd started and not finished, and finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of wum, an a box a chocletz...

Well that’s Christmas totally screwed Just my bloody luck -Stuck at A&E
Decided to go horse riding ...
Something I haven't done in many years....It turned out to be a big mistake got on the horse and started out slowly, but before I knew it, we were going as fast as the horse could go. I couldn't hang on and I fell off, caught my bloody foot in the stirrup and the horse just wouldn't stop
Thankfully the manager at Toys-R-Us came out and unplugged the machine.

How many of you actually read what I wrote? If you did, feel free to copy and paste for someone else to have a laugh. People need to laugh now & again. Merry Yule

who's gonna buy this  a 17 year old kid? at 6 or 7 grand.
a kid isn't going to hang around so 75 miles at 60mph  isn't going to last.

« on: 17 November 2017, 08:58:23 pm »
So technically you're a size Large, but you've bought 5XL before???
WTF, i know you say you like them a bit bigger but that ain't right, they must feel horrible to wear?

the idea for them to be bigger at the fingers is so my fingers dont  get cold.
if fingers are snug fit the wind chill goes through and onto my fingers.
I dont ride enough in winter to warrant buying heated gloves.
